Equipping and empowering young leaders across Uganda to carry the vision of city transformation into the next generation — and beyond.
GKCGN believes that lasting city transformation is measured in generations — not months or years. That is why we invest intentionally in identifying, equipping and releasing young leaders across Uganda's cities and towns to carry the Gospel, lead with integrity and serve their communities with excellence.
Next Generation Outreach is our commitment to ensure that the movement of city transformation does not stop with the current generation — but grows stronger with every new wave of young leaders who rise up across Uganda.
"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."
1 Timothy 4:12Three intentional commitments that shape how we equip young leaders across Uganda.
We actively seek out young men and women across Uganda's cities who carry a heart for God and a passion for their communities — identifying emerging leaders before they are fully formed and creating space for them to grow.
We provide practical training, mentoring and resources to equip young leaders with the skills, knowledge and character they need to lead effectively — in their churches, in their communities and across Uganda's cities.
We believe in releasing young leaders into real responsibility — empowering them to lead initiatives, plant vision in new cities and carry the GKCGN mission forward with boldness, creativity and faith.
Practical, intentional and relational — here is how we invest in young leaders across Uganda.
Pairing young leaders with experienced pastors and city leaders for ongoing, accountable mentoring relationships that shape character and build capacity for long-term impact.
Practical training events covering evangelism, discipleship, church planting, community leadership and the theology of city transformation — equipping young leaders with tools they can use immediately.
Mobilising young leaders into outreach teams that serve their cities — block by block, neighbourhood by neighbourhood — sharing the Gospel and demonstrating God's love in practical ways.
Connecting young leaders across Uganda's cities into a peer network — so they can share ideas, support one another and build relationships that will sustain the movement for generations to come.
Grounding everything in prayer and spiritual depth — because we believe the next generation of leaders must be rooted in God before they can effectively serve their cities and communities.
Integrating young leaders into GKCGN's wider city transformation work — including Movement Day Expression events — giving them real experience of what united, city-wide Gospel impact looks like.
John leads GKCGN's Next Generation Outreach initiative — passionate about identifying and releasing young leaders across Uganda's cities. With a heart for the next generation and a vision for city transformation, John works to ensure that the movement being built today is carried forward by a new wave of equipped, empowered and Spirit-filled young leaders.
Through mentoring, training and hands-on outreach, John is building a growing community of young leaders committed to seeing Uganda's cities transformed — one generation at a time.
Whether you are a young leader wanting to grow, a pastor wanting to invest in the next generation, or an organisation wanting to partner — we would love to connect with you.
